Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh, ground pork sausage
- 3 c. à soupe minced onion
- 0.5 c. à café garlic powder
- 0.25 c. à café ground black pepper
- 1 tasse process cheese sauce
- 16 ounces cocktail rye bread
Method
- 1.In a large skillet, cook sausage over a medium heat until it is browned and cooked through.
- 2.Stir onion, garlic powder, black pepper, and process cheese into the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are well combined.
- 3.Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each slice of cocktail rye. Serve warm.
