  • 1 1 long strip Lemon peel
  • 2 oz 2 oz Brandy
  • 5 oz 5 oz Ginger ale
  • 2 2 Dashes Bitters

Method

  1. 1.Pour the brandy and ginger soda directly into a highball glass with ice cubes. Gently stir. Garnish with lemon zest. If you wish, add features from Angostura Bitter.
