Ingredients

- 100 ml honey
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped (deseeded, if you prefer less heat)
- 1 c. à café apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 c. à café smoked paprika
Method
- 1.Pour the honey into small saucepan and add the chopped jalapeño. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally for 3-4 mins until the honey has thinned. Stir in the vinegar and smoked paprika, then set aside to cool completely. Will keep in an airtight container for up to four days.
