Ginger juice

Ingredients
For 5 servings
- 300 g 300 g Pineapple
- 150 g 150 g Fresh ginger
- 1 l 1 l Water
- 80 g 80 g Sugar powder
- 2 2 Yellow lemon(s)
- 10 10 sheets Fresh mint
- 1 sachet 1 Bag Vanilla sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of pineapple
- 2.Remove the skin, the "eyes" and the central and hard part of the pineapple. Cut it into cubes.
- 3.Preparation of lemons
- 4.Wash organic or untreated yellow lemons. With the palm of the hand, roll them on your worktop. Press their juice.
- 5.Preparation of ginger
- 6.Rinse the ginger. Peel it and cut it into pieces.
- 7.Mixing
- 8.Place the pineapple cubes, ginger pieces and lemon juice in a blender. Add sugar powder, vanilla sugar and water. Mix all until you get a homogeneous consistency, without any pieces of fruit or ginger.
- 9.Preparation of mint
- 10.Wash the mint leaves and dry them.
- 11.Rest and tasting
- 12.Pour the juice in a bottle or carafe and slip the mint leaves. Reserve in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before tasting, so that the ginger juice is fresh.
