Ingredients

• •2 oz 2 oz Gin
• •2 c. à café 2 tsp Light cream
• •1 c. à café 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• •Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• •1 1 Egg white
• •Carbonated water

Method

1. 1.Shake all ingredients (except gas water) with ice and filter into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes. Fill with gaseous water, stir and serve.
