Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Peel and slice the onions and peel and slice the carrots into slices. Cut the pickles into slices.
- 3.Cooking
- 4.In the Cookeo vats, put olive oil, beef tongue, onions, then start the mode for 2 min on each side. Sprinkle the beef tongue with flour and add carrots, white wine, white vinegar, Tabasco, water, garnished bouquet, tomato concentrate, salt, pepper and then schedule 50 min for cooking under pressure.
