- 1.Mix yogurt and ice until yogurt becomes more liquid. Add sugar according to your taste. Lemon/lemon green is optional, but it gives a slightly acidic taste. Add a pinch of salt. The raita is also ideal for summer. Instead of a traditional salad, you can make a raita.
