- 2 2 pieces Ginger
- 1 1 gal Water
- 1 lb 1 lb Lemon
- 1 tasse 1 cup Sugar
- ground Cayenne pepper
Method
- 1.Extract juice from lemons. Peel and grate ginger. Place the grated ginger and a good pinch of Cayenne pepper in a piece of stamen and make a knot. Soak in water. After about 15 minutes, add sugar and lemon juice. Refrigerate and serve.
