Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g carrot(s) (organic)
- water (suitable for infant feeding)
Method
- 1.Wash and peel carrots. Cut into thin slices.
- 2.Cook the carrots with steam for about 25 minutes. Check the cooking with the tip of a knife, they must be tender.
- 3.Mix the carrots into a homogeneous purée, then gradually add water and mix until a smooth purée is obtained.
