Mackerel Dip

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can mackerel, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 0.25 tasse tomato-based hot pepper sauce
- 2 c. à café salt, or to taste
- 1 c. à café ground black pepper, or to taste
- 1 tasse mayonnaise
Method
- 1.Remove and discard mackerel skin and bones. In a medium bowl, mix mackerel with onion and hot pepper sauce with a fork, breaking it into small pieces. Mix in mayonnaise, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
