  • 50 ml Midori or other melon liqueur
  • 25 ml vodka
  • 1 c. à soupe freshly squeezed lime juice plus a twist of peel to garnish
  • 1 c. à soupe freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • soda water to taste

Method

    Fill a tumbler with ice, then pour in the Midori, vodka and citrus juices. Stir, then top up with soda water to taste. Garnish with a lime peel twist, then serve.
