Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 2 tasse water
- 1 tasse lentils
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 1 c. à café extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tasse walnuts
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1.Place water, lentils, and bouillon cubes in a pot; cover and simmer over medium heat until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain well.
- 2.Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; add onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- 3.Blend cooked lentils, onions, and walnuts in a food processor until it reaches the desired consistency for pâté. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
