- 1 1/2 handful Mint
- 3 cl 3 cl Lemon juice
- 1 1/8 L Jamaican Dark rum
- 1 1/8 L Club soda
- 8 8 drops Angostura bitters
Method
- 1.Put mint and lemon juice in a glass, crush mint with a spoon, ice cream, rum and complete with club soda. Complete with Angostura.
