Ingredients
For 12 servings
- 1 1 yogurt (125g)
- 1 1 apple sauce (125g)
- 1 1 pot(s) sugar (100g)
- 2 2 egg(s)
- 3 3 pot(s) flour (225g)
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp cocoa powder (preferably 100% cocoa)
- 1 1 bag(s) powder to be lifted
- 0.5 1⁄2 vegetable oil(s) (60g)
- 1 1 pear(s)
- 1 1 small-sweet
Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 200°C.
- 2.In a bowl, pour the yogurt nature. Keep the pot that will serve as a measuring glass for the following ingredients.
- 3.Add 1 jar of sugar and 1 jar of apple compote (between 100 and 125g), then mix.
- 4.Add the 2 eggs and mix.
- 5.Add 3 pots of flour and 1 bag of yeast, then mix.
- 6.Add 1⁄2 neutral oil pot and mix.
- 7.Separate the dough in half: in a bowl, pour about 1⁄3 of the cake dough (or a little more, but not more than half!). Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and mix.
- 8.At the bottom of the missed mould, place a circle of sulfurized paper: this will make it easier to unroll for a nice cake!
- 9.In the mould, pour a layer of "nature" paste (just over half the dough). Cover with cocoa paste. Cover with the rest of the dough, so as to cover the cocoa well.
- 10.Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes!
- 11.If the cake has a little swollen, crush it (with a manic or a towel) to flatten it for a nice presentation.
- 12.Return the cake to your presentation dish: the bottom of the cake up, to have a flat surface to decorate. Then cut a piece of cake, and place it next to the cake, opposite the hole left by the part. The hole illustrates the fish's mouth, and its tail! For scales of fish, peel and cut a pear into thin slats, and place on 2⁄3 of the cake and on the tail of the fish. What about the eye? A little spoonful of petit-suisse! I also put some on the open mouth to mark the mouth.
