Ingredients

- 3 tasse 3 cups Water
- 1 tasse 1 cup Sugar
- 12 12 Cloves
- 2 2 Cinnamon
- 1 1 Lemon peel
- 750 ml 750 ml Red wine
- 1 1/4 cup Brandy
Method
- 1.Simmer 3 cups of water with sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks and lemon zest in a stainless steel pan for 10 minutes. Add the wine, heat to the coffee temperature (DO NOT BILL), then add the brandy.
