- 6 cl 6 cl Campari
- 6 cl 6 cl Vermouth Red Joseph Cartron
- 12 cl 12 cl Prosecco
- 12 12 Ice cubes at your convenience
- 2 2 Orange slice(s)
Method
- 1.glass preparation
- 2.First choose two beautiful old fashioned glasses. Add ice cubes generously to each glass to fill them well. This step makes it possible to refresh the drink and ensure an optimal service. Do not hesitate to turn the ice cubes slightly to cool the glasses well.
- 3.Assembly
- 4.First pour 3 cl of Campari into each glass. Then add 3 cl of red vermouth per glass. Gently mix with a long spoon to mix the flavors and cool the base of the cocktail without breaking the ice.
- 5.Add prosecco
- 6.Complete each glass by gently pouring 6 cl of fresh prosecco over it, in order to preserve bubbles and effervescence. Stay delicate in the gesture not to disturb the cocktail, and let all layers mix naturally.
- 7.Finishing and service
- 8.Decorate each glass with a nice orange slice, putting it on the edge for the final touch. Serve your fresh Negroni Sbagliato immediately, and feel free to present the glasses on an elegant tray to enhance the aperitif.
