Easter eggs for baby (energy balls)

Ingredients
For 8 servings
- 10 10 dates
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp. pureed hazelnuts
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp apple compote
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons oat flakes
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons grated coconut (or coconut flour)
Method
- 1.In the blender bowl, put 10 denoyed dates, 1 tbsp of hazelnut purée, 1 tbsp of apple compote and 4 tbsp of oat flakes.
- 2.Mix until you have a fairly homogeneous, sticky dough.
- 3.Form small balls with the fingers, and roll the dough into the palm of the hands to shape small eggs. Adapt the size to your baby's abilities, so they can easily hold and chew them.
- 4.Roll the eggs in the grated coconut.
