- 250 g 250 g Strawberry jam
- 125 g 125 g Raspberry puree
- 20 g 20 g Ice sugar

Method

- 2.Start by breaking the eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar powder, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt and vanilla extract. Shake vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour the half-skimmed milk and the liquid cream, then add the cinnamon. Mix well.

- 4.Place slices of brioche bread in a large hollow dish. Pour the prepared device on it, making sure to soak each slice well. Let stand for 5 minutes, then turn the slices and leave for 5 minutes. Each slice must well soak to ensure a mellow result.
