Allergens : Gluten, Milk
Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 420 g 420 g flour
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoon baking yeast
- 25 ml 25 ml neutral oil
- yogurt to brush
- 170 ml approximately 170 ml of water
- seeds
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoon sugar
- salt
Method
- 1.Mix the dry ingredients: Start by putting the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in the bowl of your robot. Mix them well together before adding anything else.
- 2.Form the dough: Add the oil to the mixture, then incorporate the water gradually while kneading, until you get a smooth, firm and homogeneous dough. Don't pour all the water at once!
- 3.Let the dough stand: Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic film and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. You'll see it's going to swell.
- 4.Shaping the Bread: Once the dough is lifted, divide it into 3 balls of equal size and gently place them on your pre-prepared baking sheet.
- 5.Incise and let rise again: With the tip of a knife, cut on top of each ball to give it the traditional look of pide. Then let the breads double in volume for about 1 hour.
- 6.Dorm and bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C. Gently brush each egg yolk bread for a beautiful golden color, then sprinkle with seeds according to your taste. Bake and cook for 20 minutes. Good tasting!
