- 4 4 individual round or square rolls
- 2 2 balls of mozzarella
- 75 g 75 g of soft half-salt butter
- 10 g 10 g parsley (fresh)
- 3 gousse 3 cloves of garlic
Method
- 1.Cut an opening.Remove the bread.
- 2.Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Add them to the soft butter.
- 3.Cover the 3/4 inside the breads. Cut the mozzarella in dice and garnish the inside.
- 4.Bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for 10-15 minutes
