- 1 1 cinnamon pinch(s)
- 1 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder (or 1 drop of liquid vanilla)
- 1 c. à café 1 c. coffee powder to be lifted
Method
- 1.In mixing bowl, put 100g of oatmeal flakes and mix at maximum power for 30 seconds, until you get an oatmeal. As you will mix again then, you do not need to have a perfect powder.
- 2.Add all other ingredients: 30g spinach shoots + 1 banana + 100 mL milk + 1 egg + 1 teaspoon yeast + 1 pinch of cinnamon + 1 pinch of vanilla.
- 3.Mix for about 1 minute until the mixture is completely homogeneous and smooth.
- 4.Heat an anti-stick pan over low to medium heat.
- 5.Pour a tablespoon of pancakes into the pan (if you have a large skillet, you can make 5 or 6 at the same time).
- 6.Cook about 1 minute on each side. Return when bubbles begin to form in the dough.
- 7.Serve warm. Check the texture of the pancakes before offering them to the baby, crushing them between your lips or fingers, to ensure that the texture is adapted to your child's masticatory abilities.
