- 30 g 30 g Sugar powder

- 30 cl 30 cl Half-skimmed milk

- 40 g 40 g Melted butter
- 5 ml 5 ml Vanilla extract
- 15 ml 15 ml Neutral vegetable oil
- 200 g 200 g Strawberry jam
- 60 ml 60 ml Maple syrup
- 10 g 10 g Ice sugar
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.Start by removing all the necessary ingredients. Put the flour with the chemical yeast in a large salad bowl. Also prepare sugar, salt, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, oil, jam, maple syrup and ice sugar at hand.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.Pour the sieved flour, yeast, sugar and salt into the salad bowl. Gently mix with a whip. Drain a well in the centre and incorporate the eggs, then pour the milk gradually while whisking to avoid the formation of lumps. Add melted butter and vanilla extract. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous dough.

- 6.Cover the bowl containing pancake paste with a food film or a clean towel. Let the dough stand for about 30 minutes at room temperature. This rest time allows you to get well mellow pancakes to enjoy the whole family on Mother's Day.

- 8.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush slightly with vegetable oil. Place a small layer of dough for each pancake. Cook them for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then turn them gently. Continue cooking for another 1 to 2 minutes until they are golden. Reserve on a plate.
