Pancake without milk

Ingredients
For 6 servings
- 500 g 500 g flour
- 6 6 eggs
- 1 1 can of beer
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of rum for example, or orange blossom for sweet pancakes
Method
- 1.In a container, put the flour and dig a well and add the eggs while whisking.
- 2.Add the perfume of your choice and pour the beer while stirring.
- 3.Then fill the can with water for the first time, pour on the preparation and then renew the operation a second time.
- 4.Whisk until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.
- 5.Let stand 1 hour in the fridge.
