Ingredients
For 20 servings
- 5 5 eggs
- 500 g 500 g flour
- 1 l 1 l of semi-skimmed milk
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 1/2 glasses of beer
Method
- 1.In a salad bowl pour half the flour, then add the eggs one by one, then add some milk and then flour and again milk and so on.
- 2.Finally add oil and beer.
- 3.Let stand for 1 hour, your dough is ready.
