Ingredients

- 200 g 200 g flour
- 80 ml 80 mL vegetable oil(s) (~72g)
- 80 ml 80 mL hot water (80g)
Method
- 1.In a box (type Tupperware), pour the flour, oil, then water.
- 2.Close the box.
- 3.Shake vigorously (about ten times in every direction).
- 4.Open the box and gather the dough to form a ball. The dough is ready! (No need for rest.)
- 5.On a baking mat or baking paper, spread the dough with a baking roll.
- 6.Place on your pie pan, and sting with a fork.
- 7.Pre-cook at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- 8.Fill with the filling of your choice, and cook the pie! (20 to 40 minutes depending on the filling)
