Home-made hazelnut chocolate spread

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 100 g 100 g hazelnuts
- 150 g 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g 100 g butter
- 15 cl 15 cl of sweet concentrated milk
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
Method
- 1.Grill the 100 g of hazelnuts in the pan.
- 2.Mix them finely.
- 3.Melt the 150 g of chocolate in a marie bath.
- 4.Add 100 g of soft butter and 15 cl of concentrated milk.
- 5.Add the powder of roasted hazelnuts and 2 teaspoons of hazelnut oil.
- 6.Store in a pot of about 500 g fresh.
- 7.Enjoy (and without palm oil).
