- 0.5 tasse milk
- 3 eggs
- 0.25 tasse peanut butter
- 2 c. à soupe white sugar
- 0.5 c. à café vanilla extract
- 0.25 c. à café ground cinnamon
- 1 c. à soupe vegetable oil
- 4 slices bread
Method
- 1.Whisk milk, eggs, peanut butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
- 2.Heat oil in a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- 3.Dip bread slices in egg mixture, soaking both sides; add to griddle. Cook until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve hot.
