Ingredients

- 2 oz 2 oz Blended Scotch
- 3 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 c. à café 2 tsp Honey syrup
- 2 c. à café 2 tsp Ginger Syrup
- 1 1/4 oz Islay single malt Scotch
Method
- 1.Mix the scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup with ice cream. Filter on a large amount of ice in an ice glass. Float the smoked scotch on top (make sure to use a smoked scotch such as a single malt Islay). Decorate with candied ginger.
