- 300 g 300 g Good milk chocolate
Method
- 1.Melt the broken chocolate into pieces in the microwave oven or in the water bath.
- 2.Pour melted chocolate into the prints of a special plate for chocolate subjects (for sale in food accessories stores). Tap the edge of the mould to spread the chocolate well and remove air bubbles.
- 3.Allow to harden until the subjects fall from the mould.
