Pisco Sour

• •1 oz 1 oz Lemon juice
• •1 1-2 tblsp Sugar
• •1 1 Ice

Method

1. 1.Shake vigorously and filter the contents in a shaker with ice cubes, then pour into a glass and garnish with bitter.
