Pizza in the bowl (pizza pot pie)

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 1 1 cans of tuna
- 150 g 150 g fungus
- 1 gousse 1 clove of garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 1 small bags of grated cheese
- 4 4 black olives
- sesame seeds
- 200 g 200 g tomato purée
- 1 1 onions
- sugar
- 2 2 breads (bread pastes), to ask your baker
Method
- 1.In a hot frying pan, add oil and brown the chopped onion.
- 2.Add the tomato sauce purée.
- 3.Season with salt, pepper and mix. Put some sugar to reduce acidity.
- 4.Set aside the sauce.
- 5.In a hot skillet with olive oil, put the mushrooms cut into slices, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 6.Take two bowls and add in each bowl in the following order: 2 olives cut in three, grated cheese, mushrooms, tuna (or any other meat) and tomato sauce. Don't mix!
- 7.Put flour on a board.
- 8.Spread a paton of bread on top with a roll. The dough must be large enough to cover the size of the bowl.
- 9.Spread melted butter on edge of bowls.
- 10.Place the pizza dough on the bowl. Close the sides.
- 11.Spread butter on top of the dough.
- 12.If necessary, cut the excess dough on the sides of the bowl.
- 13.Do the same with the other dough and your other bowl.
- 14.Bake the bowls at 180°C for 15min.
- 15.Turn the bowls on a plate and magic! Here's a beautiful pizza!
- 16.For dressing, add some sesame seeds.
