Goat pizza and homemade honey: easy and gourmet recipe

- 350 g 350 g flour T55
- 3 c. à soupe 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3.5 g 3.5 g special yeast pizza
- 22 cl 22 cl lukewarm water
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons salt
- 125 g 125 g mozzarella
- 150 g 150 g goat log
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons thick cream

- honey
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Start by pouring the flour into the bowl of your food processor. Dig a small well in the centre and place the yeast there, then add the salt and olive oil on the sides. Pour the warm water gradually into the well and knead with the robot hook until you get a smooth, supple paste that does not stick to the walls.
- 2.Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let your dough rest for about 1 hour in a warm place. It must double in volume.
- 3.Gently degass the dough and form a nice compact ball.
- 4.Place the ball on a pizza plate and spread it manually with your fingers until you get the desired thickness. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Spread the cream generously over the entire surface of the dough, then season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- 5.Cut the goat's log and mozzarella into thin slices, then spread them harmoniously over the fresh cream.
- 6.Sprinkle some crushed nuts on top and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is golden and the crust is slightly crisp.
- 7.At the outlet of the oven, add the fresh arugula leaves and pour a honeynet to bring a delicious sweet-salty touch.
