Method

- 2.Before starting the preparation, make sure to preheat your oven to 220°C (thermostat 7-8). This step ensures optimum baking of the dough and a well-gold pizza. While the oven is heating, take advantage of it to gather all your necessary ingredients and utensils.
- 3.Preparation of dough
- 4.In a large bowl, mix wheat flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar. Gradually add the warm water, then knead the dough by hand or with a robot. Continue until you get a smooth and supple ball. Sprinkle with white flour, cover with a cloth and keep warm for 1 hour to allow the dough to rise.

- 6.Wash the pepper, cut it into thin strips. Cut mushrooms into slats, ham into small pieces, drain corn and olives. Crush the tuna in a small bowl. Meanwhile, mix the tomato coulis with the oregano and the garlic powder in a container. Gather all the ingredients with the children so they can participate in each step.

Spread the tomato coulis, sprinkle the grated mozzarella, then spread the ham, tuna, mushrooms, pepper, corn and olives at your convenience.
