Pizza roll mozzarella and ham

Ingredients
For 2 servings
- 4 tranche 4 slices of Le Bon Paris® Herta® Towel Jam
- rectangular pizza paste
- 150 g 150 g of Paris mushrooms
- 150 g 150 g tomato sauce
- 400 g 400 g of grated mozzarella
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of dried oregano
- salt and pepper
- basil in decor (optional)
Method
- 1.Preheat your oven to 200°C in rotating heat mode. Roll the pizza dough on your worktop and finely slice your Paris mushrooms.
- 2.Stir with tomato sauce, add slices of ham, grated mozzarella, minced mushrooms and oregano.
- 3.Season with salt and pepper at your convenience and cut strips of pasta from top to bottom. Roll them on themselves, place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
