- 4 4 garlic pod(s)
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 30 g 30 g Butter
- Thyme
- Basilica
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preheating the oven
- 2.Preheat oven th.7 (210°C).
- 3.Preparation of potatoes
- 4.Wash the potatoes. Place a skewer spade on either side of a potato and slice it finely, using the spades as hold to avoid cutting to the bottom. Repeat with the following.
- 5.Adding garlic
- 6.Cut the garlic pods coarsely and insert pieces between the potato slats.
- 7.Preparation for cooking
- 8.Place the potatoes in a baking dish. Sprinkle them with pieces of butter, olive oil, grass and large sea salt.
