Hasselback potatoes with chorizo and cheese

Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 500 g 500 g potato
- 1 1/2 chorizo
- 100 g 100 g grated county
- 50 g 50 g butter
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- soft paprika
- thyme
- rosemary
Method
- 1.Peel and wash the potatoes. Dry them. Then cut them evenly without going to the end.
- 2.Melt the butter and brush the potatoes. Then season with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and paprika.
- 3.Add a fillet of olive oil. Place the potatoes on baking paper in a dish and bake 45 min at 180°C.
- 4.Cut your chorizo slices and grat your cheese if not already done.
- 5.Once the 40 minutes have passed, remove the potatoes from your oven. Then insert your chorizo slices into each cut. Add your grated cheese above.
- 6.Put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- 7.When it's cooked, take the dish out of the oven and taste!
