- 120 g 120 g Popcorn corn
- 40 g 40 g Salt butter
- 6 6 tablespoons. Soup sugar
Method
- 1.Melt half the butter in a large saucepan. Place the corn grains, cover and let the grains burst.
- 2.Melt the rest of the butter in a non-stick pan. Add the sugar and let caramelize.
- 3.When the caramel is golden, add the pop corn, stirring strongly to coat the grains.
