Chinese chicken: sweet sour sauce with peppers and pineapples

- 400 g 400 g chicken white
- 6 c. à soupe 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 8 c. à soupe 8 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 8 tranche 8 pineapple slices
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoon maïzena
- 2 2 onion
- 1 1 red pepper
- 1 1 green pepper
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Cut the chicken whites into small cubes and marinate for 1 hour in soy sauce. It will give them a beautiful flavor and make them tenderer. Fry the chicken cubes slightly, then grab them over medium heat in a wok with some oil until they are golden. Book them on one side. Finely slice the onion and peppers, then sauté them in the same wok over medium heat until they become tender and slightly caramelized. Pour the dried maizena into 8 cl of cold water directly into the wok and mix well to avoid lumps. Then add rice vinegar, tomato sauce and pineapple cubes. Cook for 5 minutes. Put the reserved chicken back in the wok, salt and pepper according to your taste, then warm the set for a few moments. Serve hot and enjoy your chicken at home pineapple!
