Chicken with cream and mushrooms

- 600 g 600 g Chicken white(s)
- 400 g 400 g Betting mushrooms
- 20 cl 20 cl Cream fresh whole
- 1 1 Onion(s)
- 2 2 garlic pod(s)
- 30 g 30 g Butter
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp. Tuna marinated with olive oil
- 10 cl 10 cl Poultry bud
- 1 c. à café 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 c. à café 1 cup of coffee Thym
- 10 g 10 g Fresh parsley
Method
- 1.Preparation of ingredients
- 2.First clean the Paris mushrooms carefully, then thinly slice them. Peel the onion and chop it. Peel the cloves and chop them. Cut the chicken whites into regular pieces. Reserve all prepared ingredients on your work plan for optimal organization.
- 3.Cooking chicken
- 4.In a large skillet, heat half the butter over medium heat. Bring the chicken pieces back and let them brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. When the chicken is well coloured, remove it from the frying pan and store it in a plate for the rest of the recipe.
- 5.Cooking mushrooms and spices
- 6.Add the remaining butter to the pan, then sauté the chiseled onion for a few minutes until it becomes translucent. Then add the chopped garlic and continue cooking for another 1 minute. Place the chopped mushrooms and sauté them until their water evaporates completely.
- 7.deglaze and bind sauce
- 8.Pour the tablespoon of marinated tuna with olive oil and mix well. Then add mustard, dried thyme and stir to coat the mushrooms well. Moisten with poultry broth, then simmer on low heat for a few minutes so that flavors develop.
- 9.Cream chicken mijote
- 10.Return the golden chicken pieces to the pan with the preparation. Lower the heat and incorporate the whole cream. Mix gently, cover and simmer for about ten minutes until the sauce is well covered and the chicken is perfectly tender.
- 11.Finishing and service
- 12.Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Sprinkle generously with chiseled fresh parsley just before serving. Serve your chicken with cream and mushrooms, accompanied, for example, by white rice or steam potatoes to enjoy the creamy sauce.
