- 250 g 250 g hazelnuts with or without skin
- 250 g 250 g sugar powder

Method
- 1.Preheat oven to 170 °C / Thermostat 5
- 2.Place almonds and hazelnuts on a plate covered with baking paper and roast for about 30 min. Check regularly for the last ten minutes, it is not just hazelnuts and almonds burning.
- 3.Keep or remove the skin according to your preferences.
- 4.Make the caramel in a saucepan. When it starts to color, add hazelnuts and almonds. Mix to coat with a wooden spoon.
- 5.Pour the caramel onto the plate and let it cool completely.
- 6.In a blender or blender, add the caramel pieces with the hazelnuts and almonds. Add the pinch of salt flower.
