Four-quarter mellow pure butter

- 110 g 110 g Sugar
- 105 g 105 g Flour
- 2 2 Egg(s)
- 0.5 c. à café 0.5 coffee c. Chemical yeast
- 118 g 118 g Butter
Method
- 1.Preparation of dough
- 2.In a bowl put both eggs and sugar and whisk well. Then add the flour and half teaspoon of chemical yeast. Mix well with a spoon.
- 3.Next assembly
- 4.Then melt the butter half into another container. (1 min20 only at microwave). Add the melted butter to the first mixture and mix well. Then add a lemon or vanilla zest (optional).
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Pour the contents into a cake mould or into individual moulds to make mini cakes. Bake for 28-30min at 180 degrees (+ or less depending on the power of your oven). You can double the quantities if you want to make a larger four-quarter but in this case it will take longer cooking. And here's your four-quarter very mellow! Eat the lukewarm. Good boy!
