- 1 kg 1 kg Shrimp(s)
- Ground garlic
- 0.5 0.5 Lemon juice
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tbsp. Hasty parsley
- 1 1 glass(s) Olive oil
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation of marinade
- 2.For marinade, mix ground garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and parsley in a bowl. Add salt and pepper, then stir together.
- 3.Preparation of shrimp
- 4.Decorate the shrimp. Immerse them in the previous preparation. Place in the refrigerator and let macerate for 1 hour
- 5.Cooking
- 6.Heat the barbecue. Get the shrimp out of the maceration. Put them on skewer picks. Grill them on each side on the barbecue for 5 minutes. Water them frequently with infusion.
