Baby milk rice (and the whole family)

Ingredients
For 3 servings
- 50 g 50 g round rice
- 500 ml 500 mL milk (integer)
- 1 1 vanilla pod(s)
- fruit compote
Method
- 1.Pour 500 mL of milk into a saucepan.
- 2.Spread a vanilla pod in 2. Scratch the inside with the knife tip to recover the seeds, and put in the milk. Add the vanilla pod to the milk.
- 3.Heat the milk until simmering.
- 4.Add the rice, and cook with little simmer, over medium-low heat, for about 30 minutes.
- 5.During cooking, stir the rice occasionally.
- 6.Cut the heat when the milk "cuts" the rice, and it is very melty (taste to check).
- 7.In a pot or verrine, pour a fruit compote bottom (to choose). Pour over the milk rice.
- 8.Place in the refrigerator. Enjoy cold or warm.
