- bunch of red grapes
- 1 c. à café thyme leaves
- 2 c. à soupe honey
Method
- 1.Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Put the grapes in a baking dish. Combine the thyme leaves and honey, then drizzle over the grapes. Bake for 25 mins until the grapes have shrivelled. Leave to cool for 5-10 mins before serving.
