Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 kg 1 kg of red pig
- 500 g 500 g of panais
- 500 g 500 g of topinadum
- 1 1 sweet potatoes
- 1 1 demis of garlic head
- 2 2 branches of thyme
- 20 cl 20 cl of white wine
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons of neutral oil
- salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 170°C.
- 2.Peel and cut the vegetables into pieces.
- 3.In a casserole, heat the oil and grab the pork roll on both sides. Salt and pepper.
- 4.Cover it with pans and topinambours, add garlic, pour the white wine and close the casserole with its lid. Bake an hour.
- 5.Then add the sweet potato and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
- 6.Enjoy a warm taste.
