Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 250 g 250 g Foiled paste
- 1 1 Small pot of pesto
- 40 g 40 g Grated crane
Method
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- 2.Spread the laminated dough on the worktop and spread it with pesto. Roll the dough over itself. Reserve 10 minutes in the freezer.
- 3.Cut the roller into segments of about 1 cm thick. Flatten each section a little and then place them on a baking sheet covered with sulphurized paper, sparing them well. Sprinkle with gruyère.
- 4.Bake and cook 10 min. Serve warm or cold.
