Rolled tuna rollers

Ingredients
For 9 servings
- 2 2 laminated pasta
- 1 c. à soupe 1 tablespoons of mustard
- 200 g 200 g tuna (canned)
- 150 g 150 g of fresh cheese (Petit Billy)
Method
- 1.Spread the laminated dough on the worktop.
- 2.Take a tablespoon of mustard and spread over the pastry, then sprinkle the tuna over and finish with the fresh cheese.
- 3.Roll the laminated dough and then cut the boudins with a knife.
- 4.In a rectangular pie dish, place a sheet of sulfurized paper and place the pastry boudins on top by sticking them together.
- 5.Place the dish for 25 minutes at 200°C.
