Method
- 1.Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drain your pickles of pickles carefully and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 2.Place a slice of cheddar directly in the centre of the hot stove. Let the cheese melt until it makes bubbles and its edges start to brown slightly.
- 3.Place a half pickle on the melted cheese, then, with a spatula, gently roll the cheddar slice around the pickle to wrap it completely.
- 4.Remove the roll from the pan and let it cool for a few moments on a plate so that the cheese freezes, becomes crispy and does not burn at the tasting.
