Fresh coral lentil salad honey citron sauce with curry

- 400 g 400 g Coral lenses
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 c. à café 2 c. Coffee Honey
- 2 c. à café 2 c. Curry coffee
- 2 c. à café 2 coffee c. Coriander
- Sesame
- 1 1 Lemon(s)
- Salt
- pepper
Method
- 1.Start by rinse the coral lentils in cold water in a colander.
- 2.Put the lentils in a pot of water and let them cook for about 15 minutes until they are tender. Once cooked, drain them and book.
- 3.Meanwhile, finely slice the onion and sauté it in a skillet with a fillet of oil until it becomes translucent.
- 4.In a large salad bowl, mix the fresh lemon juice, honey and curry with a whisk. Season with some pepper according to your taste.
- 5.Add drained lentils and onions to the salad bowl with the sauce. Gently mix to coat all ingredients well.
- 6.Finish with the fresh chiseled coriander and salt. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving to bring crisp.
