- 200 g 200 g Thon
- 1 1 box(s) Anchovies
- 2 2 Egg(s)
- 15 15 Black olives
- 4 4 Tomato(s)
- 4 4 Radius
- 1 1 Green pepper(s)
- Some Mesclun leaves
- 4 c. à soupe 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 c. à soupe 2 tablespoons Wine vinegar
- 1 c. à café 1 c. Coffee Mustard
- Salt pepper
Method
- 1.Preparation start
- 2.Harden the eggs 9 min in a saucepan of simmering water, cool them quickly in cold water, then sauté them and cut them into quarters. Meanwhile, cut tomatoes into quarters, sliced pepper, olives and radishes into thin slices. Drain tuna and anchovy fillets.
- 3.Dressing
- 4.Place the Nice salad directly in the plates: first place some mesclun leaves, then the tomato quarters in star. Then split the pepper, anchovy fillets and crumbled tuna. Finish with radishes, eggs and olives.
- 5.Finishing and tasting
- 6.Prepare the dressing by emulsifying in a bowl mustard, vinegar, olive oil, some salt and pepper. Drop the plates, and taste immediately.
